Are You Suffering From Low Teacher Motivation? This webinar with Marjan Glavac may help…

‘What to do When You’ve Lost Your Motivation – How to Re-Ignite Your Teaching & Be The Teacher Students LOVE’?

Dear Colleague,

How are you feeling?

We are already well into the new school year and the chances are that you’re feeling more than a little tired. Research by the National Union of Teachers in the UK recently found that 41.5% of teachers reported themselves as ‘highly stressed’ and that levels of depression and anxiety amongst teachers were higher than most other  occupations.

Teaching is a HARD job and keeping on top of your game takes its toll.

If you’re starting to feel worn out and if the LOVE for your job is starting to WANE you will benefit from this webinar replay by best selling author Marjan Glavac

This is what Marjan will be teaching…

  • How ONE simple routine can make your teaching life MUCH EASIER.
  • ONE easy-to-implement strategy that will increase your motivation, improve your focus and build your self-confidence.
  • A novel way to harness the power of goals and why you can’t afford not to use them in your teaching job.
  • How getting to YES by saying NO may be the best strategy for your teaching career when dealing with senior staff.
  • An empowering way to look at failures, problems and mistakes and how too use them as stepping stones to greater success
  • How to maintain your motivation, energy and enthusiasm when nothing is going right in your classroom.
  • Three things you MUST do if you’re going to PREVENT burnout and stress. (Research by polling experts YouGov in early 2007 found that stress had led half of all teachers to consider leaving the profession.  Those considering leaving cited long hours, insufficient management support, excessive workload, large class sizes and pupil indiscipline as the factors chiefly to blame for their high stress levels).

I’m especially interested in learning more about how to help special needs students in my esl classroom, again the time is a bit problematic. In my part of the world the webinar start at midnight, not great timing if I need to be in front of a full class of bubbly (euphemism) 9 year olds at 8 in the morning….

I’m in a primary school and am finding that with planning and assessment I have no life at all. I need to be much quicker at targeting what I need for different groups and where to go next

I do consider all the ideas you have offered in your post. They’re really convincing and will certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are too brief for newbies. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thank you for the post.
